Mr. Burgess is a financial educator who has been giving Senior Financial Workshops and other educational presentations throughout the South Bay for years. Mr. Burgess is a registered and licensed Investment Advisor Representative. He holds a series 7 General Securities Representative and has a Series 6 Investment Company/Variable Contracts Products Limited Representative, a Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law, and a Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor Law Licenses and holds a Life and Health Insurance License with the State of California.
